Service System Analysis with Reneging at the General Clinic of Green Care

One of the problems often encountered in daily life is waiting lines service systems. A long line a system usually leads to customers leaving system, resulting losses for provider. The general clinic Green Care one clinics with First Come Served discipline and limited capacity 30 patient. experiences patient congestion while service, which causes some renege due time. This study discusses at General Clinic, considering impatient customers, specifically those who service. was conducted by collecting data on arrival time, cancellation time Based test results, model used M/M/1/N. research findings show that has high utilization rate (ρ=80,84%), indicating need additional facilities. becomes M/M/2/N being ρ=40,42%.
